New home construction is part of Ken Kopchak’s heritage. At age 12 he was hammering nails while assisting his father in framing homes in a subdivision his father created. "If it's not worth doing right, it's not worth doing at all" are the words Ken’s father hammered into his memory.
The tradition of quality homes continues today with Ken sharing the words of his father with his two sons. His sons have garnered the strong work ethic he inherited from his father.
Ken and his wife, Terri, enjoy working together in their family business. Terri is Ken’s designer/decorator/bookkeeper, but she has also been known to put on a tool belt. When time allows, they enjoy RVing and volunteering regionally to build and remodel places of worship.
Ken’s promise to homeowners is imprinted on his logo, "New Custom Homes Built with Old Fashion Care". Give Ken an opportunity to make you home dreams come true, you’ll be glad you did.
